We appreciate your courtesy in abiding by the following rules, which are intended to ensure a safe hunting trip for our customers and the absolute best chance of harvesting a mature trophy whitetail.
- Harvest mature bucks scoring 130 gross or larger.
- A safety belt or harness must be worn the entire time while hunting out of a tree stand.
- “Feeding” is prohibited, including any grains, salt blocks or mineral blocks.
- Please take everything off the property that you took on it, including any food items or litter.
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the hunting area.
- Driving deer is prohibited.
- Smoking anywhere in the hunting area is prohibited.
- Walk to and from your designated tree stand only.
- Scent suits are highly recommended.
- Be sure to check tree steps or climbing steps for stability before climbing up to your stand.
- Outdoor Only is semi-guided, hunters are responsible for tree stands, scouting, recovery, processing and taxidermy of their deer.
- Release forms will be filled out and signed and money will be paid when you arrive.
